A Wellness plan is a plan of action geared towards achieving personal wellness.
Wellness plans are usually a practice used for integrative and alternative health professionals on leading clients towards wellness.
The Oxford dictionary defines wellness as the state of being in good health, especially as an actively pursued goal (1).

The state of good health involves eight dimensions that are interconnected and equally important (2):
Emotional
Environmental
Financial
Intellectual
Occupational
Physical
Social
Spiritual

Here at Nurturing Life and Wellness, we consider all of these aspects when preparing your Wellness plan.

Our personalized wellness plans will outline the problem and aim and goals to be achieved.
The goals to be achieved are based on SMART goals and therefore are:
Specific
Measurable
Achievable
Relevant
Time-bound
In addition, our wellness plans provide directions on what and how to do. They are very detailed, and in general, our clients receive a document with at least three pages of orientations. Yes, you receive a personalized health booklet.
