I will conduct a detailed nutritional assessment, along with a comprehensive evaluation of your food habits, eating patterns, lifestyle factors, and any emotional or behavioral influences on your diet. Whether you're managing food allergies, intolerances, digestive issues (such as IBS), wishing to work on a gut protocol, diabetes, high cholesterol, are on medication for liver or kidney conditions, this service provides targeted, therapeutic nutrition support tailored specifically to your unique needs. 🎯 Purpose & Approach The goal of this consultation is to provide clear, evidence-informed nutritional guidance that complements your medical care. You’ll receive a personalized nutrition plan and beautifully curated recipes to support healing and overall wellbeing.
