This service is designed for new and existing clients seeking targeted naturopathic and nutritional supplement support without booking a full consultation. For existing clients, it is suitable for renewing a previous naturopathic prescription or making minor adjustments where appropriate. For new clients, it provides a convenient option for personalised recommendations for straightforward health concerns. It is also ideal if you are considering practitioner-only or specialised products such as Metagenics, Biomedica, Solgar, Designs for Health, Orthoplex and other professional supplement ranges. Rather than relying on a brief retail screening, you will complete a detailed health questionnaire covering your symptoms, medications, current supplements and relevant health history. Your information is reviewed before recommendations are made, allowing for a more individualised assessment and appropriate product selection. New clients may be prescribed a maximum of two products through this service. This service is not suitable for complex, chronic or multi-system health concerns requiring a comprehensive assessment, detailed treatment plan or ongoing monitoring. How It Works 1. Complete the health questionnaire Complete the questionnaire provided when booking, including relevant information about your health, medications and supplements. 2. Your information is reviewed Your questionnaire is reviewed within 2–3 business days. 3. Receive your recommendations If this service is appropriate for your needs, you will receive personalised recommendations and your naturopathy prescription by email. 4. New client limit New clients may receive a maximum of two product recommendations. 5. Existing client renewals Existing clients requesting a prescription renewal or minor adjustment should generally have attended an appointment within the previous 12 weeks. This does not apply to a new, straightforward concern that can be appropriately assessed through this service. 6. Further assessment if required If your health concerns require further investigation, blood testing, a detailed treatment plan or a more comprehensive assessment, you may be advised to book a Naturopathy Pack.
