It may also be appropriate for people recovering from cancer who are seeking complementary naturopathic support alongside conventional medical care. Following your initial consultation, you will receive a personalised natural health prescription based on your individual presentation. This may include practitioner-selected supplements, herbal support and foundational lifestyle strategies. General nutrition guidance may be included as part of your naturopathic care; however, this package does not include detailed meal planning or in-depth clinical nutrition therapy. For complex dietary needs requiring structured nutritional intervention, a separate clinical nutrition programme may be recommended. My approach is holistic while grounded in clinical reasoning and biochemistry. Recommendations are considered in the context of your health status, medical history, medications, treatment history and personal goals.
